HOW TO UPDATE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR A SPECIFIC SUBSCRIPTION

PLEASE FIND THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT MESSAGE BELOW REGARDING YOUR SEMAGLUTIDE SUBSCRIPTION: #

  • Our credit card processing company has changed, and your Semaglutide subscription was deactivated;
  • The credit card you previously provided will no longer be charged.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOUR SEMAGLUTIDE SUBSCRIPTION: #

  • You will not be able to renew or receive your Semaglutide medication unless you re-enter your credit card details one more time to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Semaglutide weight loss medication.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO: #

You need to re-enter your credit card payment details in your secure online account.

STEPS TO RE-ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN YOUR SECURE ONLINE ACCOUNT: #

  1. Go to SUBSCRIPTION TAB in your online account you previously created at Health Solution MD;
  2. Choose your subscription and click on “View” button;
  3. Scroll down and in “Actions” row click on the “Change Payment” button.
    NOTE: EVEN IF IT SHOWS THAT A CARD IS THERE – YOU MUST RE-ENTER IT AS A NEW CARD
  4. Re-enter your payment details (it may be the same as you already entered before) and hit “CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD”;
  5. Make sure you get confirmation message screen that “Payment method updated”.
  6. DO NOT send an email with sensitive credit card information to us – everything must be updated in your secure online account.
